Summary: I was a little concerned about when I’d get check in details. It all worked out but was hard to find out with out calling a few times. As described and nice. Fans and AC helped for upstairs temp control.

Summary: The location is great, and that's what you pay for. But the cottage is dark and damp, the kitchen is miniscule and the bed in the master bedroom was awful--the mattress felt like a box spring. The AC was a portable unit in the master with a big metal tube that ran behind the bed and was super noisy. The toilet upstairs is literally a closet and my husband kept hitting his head on the sloped ceiling. The living room has upholstered furniture that needs to be replaced with something easier to keep clean. The kitchen was greasy inside the cabinets, the toaster oven knob was broken and there was literally no room to prepare any food. In short, expensive and not at all comfortable. Would not rent there again.

Summary: Cute house, but kitchen was pretty grungy including mold on all pots/pans. Had to wash everything at move-in. Storm Ida windows leaked profusely; chimney ash blew into house making lower floor unusable. We could not wait to leave.

Summary: We had a fantastic trip at this charming cottage. The location was fantastic, slightly off the beaten path but close to everything you would need. It was a much needed escape with a feel of summers past.

Summary: My wife and I came here for a babymoon before #2 is born, we don't regret it. The cottage was quiet and cozy, yet had plenty of space. The beach was just a short walk away and is totally private. We would 100% come back again.

Summary: Cottage was cute and well appointed. We were disappointed with the conditions though. The screen door was broken. So leaving the slider open for a breeze was not an option. Too cluttered for a rental. Good storage, grill was filthy.

Summary: The location is fantastic. The private beach is steps away. The cottage is comfortable and clean. The outdoor shower was refreshing. But most importantly the views were spectacular sunset and sunrise could not be be beat!

Summary: The house and location was wonderful! The living and kitchen are small as described. We loved how you could see and hear the ocean from the windows and deck. At low tide you can walk way out and explore almost to Sandy Point. If you want a quite get a way with no hassles.....this is it.
